About Wild & Rooted

Wild & Rooted is more than a retreat, it’s a return. A return to your body.To your breath. To the version of you that exists underneath the noise, the pressure, and the constant doing. This experience was created for those who feel the pull for something deeper…for those craving rest but also transformation, softness but also expansion.Over the course of this retreat, you’ll be held in a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and realign, without expectations, without performance, and without needing to be anything other than exactly who you are.Through grounding rituals, plant wisdom, sacred ceremony, and intentional connection, you’ll begin to peel back the layers and come home to your natural rhythm.Every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the experiences we share to the nourishing meals prepared by our in-house chef—so you can fully relax, be supported, and receive. And while we offer powerful practices and meaningful moments, this is only a glimpse of what unfolds here…because the real magic happens in the in-between—the laughter, the stillness, the connections, and the quiet realizations that stay with you long after you leave. This is your invitation to root deeply…so you can rise wildly.

Our Philosophy

This retreat was created as a space to slow down, come back to yourself, and remember what it feels like to be fully present in your body, your breath, and your life.

We believe transformation doesn’t come from intensity alone, it comes from rhythm. From intentional pauses. From nature. From honest reflection. From being witnessed without judgment.

Over three days, we move through a natural arc: arrival, release, and integration. Each day is designed to gently peel back the noise of everyday life and return you to something more grounded and true within yourself.

We don’t force healing. We create the conditions for it.

Through movement, time in nature, ritual practice, creative expression, and shared meals, we invite you into a slower rhythm, one where clarity can surface naturally, and where your inner voice becomes easier to hear.

We honor both the spiritual and the practical. The mystical and the embodied. The inner world and the real world you return to.

You’ll be guided through practices like grounding techniques, breathwork, intention setting, tarot, candle work, and personal altar creation, not as performance, but as tools. Tools you can actually take home and continue using long after the retreat ends.

Everything we offer is rooted in simplicity, presence, and choice. You are never required to participate beyond what feels right for you. This is your experience, and it unfolds at your pace.

Our intention is not to change who you are—but to help you reconnect with who you’ve always been beneath the noise.

You arrive as you are.
You leave more anchored in yourself.

And you carry that home with you.
